The Romford Fury and Maximuscle, the UK's number one sports nutrition supplier, have joined forces in a sponsorship package which sees Maximuscle become the Official Sports Nutrition Supplier to the team. In keeping with their high-paced, energetic sport the players will use Maximuscle products throughout the season to aid performance and recovery.

Simon Kears, Assistant coach of the Fury, who instigated the deal said "Maximuscle really are the leading brand in sports nutrition and a partnership between the team and Maximuscle shows commitment from both parties to enhance the performance of the team and the sport. Ice Hockey is the world's fastest team sport and training/matches take a massive toll on your body. Players need to be strong, exceptionally fit and able to recover in a short space of time...this is where these products really come into play"
